DVD Derry Watkins Guide to Taking Cuttings - £10
Practical how-to course on an easy to use DVD. Step by step instructions for taking softwood cuttings, semiripe cuttings, hardwood cuttings, root cuttings and leaf cuttings.
Explains the underlying principles of how cuttings root. See the cuttings being taken, watch them rooting, being potted upand finally see the resulting plants in the garden.
Anybody can make new plants from old and fill their garden with plants they have created themselves.

For those seeds marked "needs cold to germinate", sow immediately and if they do not germinate, overwinter outdoors and they should germinate in spring (a sensible strategy for most plants). Or else soak seed overnight, mix with damp vermiculite, put in covered jar and keep at room temperature for one month, then in fridge for 6 weeks, then sow as usual.
