Green weeping stems in dense mound. Covered in drooping racenes if pale lavender flowers in summer. Hardy weeping shrub, almost leafless when mature. Looks like dead twigs when young (2-3 years), but will green up. Likes sun and drainage. Rare, endangered 10ft
